Our maintenance team is responsible for ensuring that all of our property is safe and well-maintained, and we're looking for hardworking talent that strives in a team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have experience using hand tools, the ability to effectively communicate with residents and co-workers, and a strong interest in keeping our properties clean and well-maintained.
Responsibilities:
-Identify repair and replacement needs.
-Weed eating, snow plowing and landscaping needs
-Monitor the status of operating conditions., etc.
1-5 of experience
Salary Range: 18-25 Depending upon experience
