Memorial Hall Market
Antique Fair
October 25 & 26 , 2025
Antique Fair Inside/ Flea Market Outside
For this Antique Fair we are trying something new! We are combining with the Flea
Market in the Park. Buyers will be able to shop at the Flea Market outside and the
Antique Fair in the Hall. There are some conditions:
1) The Flea Market is weather permitting.
2) The Antique Fair is Saturday and Sunday, with a set-up half a day Friday.
3) If you reserve a space at the Antique Fair, there is no holding spaces without
payment and no refunds after October 1.
4) Otherwise all the details and guidelines in this letter remain in place.
The Memorial Hall Antique Fair is produced by two sisters: Kristen Kestly and Jennifer
Agnes under the business name Vault Art. We put together two shows a year: one in the
spring and another usually mid-October. The two day Antique Fair is held in the Veteran's
Memorial Hall located in the center of the small town of Tuolumne, California. Tuolumne
is located approximately eight miles east of Sonora and also hosts, among other rural
delights, the Black Oak Casino. The Veterans Memorial Hall is a large depression era
building surrounded by a lovely shaded park and lots of parking. The Antique Fair venue
employs either heat or air conditioning as required. A good security system makes this a
safe environment for our vendors and their treasures. The building hosts lots of activities
all year long and is a beloved part of this community.
This is our sixteenth year. We strive to make each antique fair better than the last. The
fair opens at 8 am Saturday morning and closes at 4 pm on Saturday. We start at 10 am
Sunday morning and end at 3 pm. The first hour of the antique fair, from 8 to 9 am on
Saturday morning is a preview. Buyers pay $5 for the privilege of shopping that first hour
in a less crowded environment. We open the hall for set-up by the vendors at 1 pm the
Friday before and finish the set-up day at 7 pm. Also we open the hall at 5 am Saturday
morning to give the vendors plenty of time to create their space. Then comes the preview
which is very popular with our serious buyers. Vendors must be ready to go at 7:55 am.
We are active promoters with a mix of print ads, email, posters, social media, internet
outlets such as craigslist, and distribution of flyers in Amador, Calaveras and Tuolumne
counties.
