I: $22.91 - $27.84 /hr.
II: $25.31 - $30.76 /hr.
Sr: $27.96 - $33.99 /hr.
Tuolumne County Assessor-Recorder is seeking an appraiser to conduct field inspections, studies, and appraisals of residential, commercial, and rural properties.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Requires a bachelor's degree to meet state requirements for the State Board of Equalization's Appraiser's certificate.
Appraiser I: No experience and ability to obtain a valid Appraiser's certificate within 12 months of hire.
Appraiser II: Two years of professional experience as an Appraiser and possession of a valid Appraiser's certificate.
Senior Appraiser: Three years of increasingly responsible professional experience as an Appraiser and possession of a valid Appraiser's certificate and Advanced Appraiser's certificate.
FFD: 9/27/2026.
Interview date: October 7th and 8th.
