Staff Accountant
Company: Sarah R. Mata Tax & Accounting Services, Inc.
The role will start part-time, but during tax season it becomes full-time.
What You'll Do:
• Prepare and review individual and small business tax returns
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records
• Perform account reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
• Assist with financial reporting and year-end closing
• Communicate with clients professionally and timely
• Support the office during peak tax season
Qualifications:
• Experience in tax preparation, bookkeeping, and accounting
• Proficiency with QuickBooks
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Strong communication and client service skills
At Least 1-2 Years of experience
Salary Range: $20/hr - $30/hr plus Monthly Production Bonuses
